Condos & Houses:

$1,000 or first two months of management fees, whichever is higher.

Apartment Buildings:

$1,000 to $10,000 (or first month of management fees, whichever is higher).

1+ Units: $1,000
5+ Units: $1,250
10+ Units: $1,500
15+ Units: $1,750
20+ Units: $2,000
25+ Units: $2,375
30+ Units: $2,750
35+ Units: $3,150
40+ Units: $3,500
45+ Units: $4,250
50+ Units: $5,000
75+ Units: $7,500
100+ Units; $10,000

All referral fees are paid out from monthly management fees
