Residents know that there is a steel fist inside the velvet glove. We don’t like going on a song and dance about things, and we don’t really put up with it. There’s a simple deal between you as Landlord and the Tenant: You make sure the property is habitable, and they make sure they pay their rent.

$1,000 or first two months of management fees, whichever is higher.
Apartment Buildings:
$1,000 to $10,000 (or first month of management fees, whichever is higher).
